About the Role

Plan, supervise, and execute mechanical, civil, and electrical maintenance of plant and building infrastructure, ensuring continuous utility supply and operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute mechanical, civil, and electrical maintenance
• Ensure continuous utility supply (electricity, compressed air, HVAC)
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults
• Lead and develop maintenance teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain documentation and trend analysis
• Create BOQ and purchase requests

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (NVQ Level 5)
• Minimum 5 years relevant plant and building maintenance experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SAP
• Strong English and Sinhala communication skills
