About the Role

Drive seasonal design concepts, trend analysis, and product development at MAS Activewear Biyagama, translating customer briefs into garment designs through sketching, technical collaboration, and presentation preparation.

Responsibilities

• Study seasonal concepts and customer briefs
• Conduct trend and industry analysis
• Create sketches, design manipulations, and technical illustrations
• Compile promotional presentations and market intelligence reports
• Collaborate with technical teams for final garment execution

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion Design or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of garment fit and construction
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
