Execute trade marketing and shopper activation plans across General Trade, Modern Trade, and emerging channels, tracking ROI and managing in-store visibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute trade marketing and shopper activation plans across channels
• Deploy promotional campaigns aligned with brand priorities
• Track performance and manage ROI for trade investments
• Ensure in-store visibility and merchandising compliance
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Sales/Commercial roles
• FMCG channel dynamics knowledge for Sri Lanka market
• Analytical abilities with Excel, dashboards, and reporting
