Lead housekeeping operations for the Radisson Collection Resort Galle, ensuring flawless cleanliness and luxury standards throughout guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee housekeeping operations throughout the property
• Maintain highest hygiene and quality standards
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences
• Develop staff schedules and manage cleaning supply inventory
• Train and motivate team members
• Monitor guest feedback and improve operations

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in housekeeping procedures
• Proven track record in similar leadership roles within upscale properties
• Strong team management capabilities
• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS)
