Responsibilities

Search and confirm travel reservations for customers
Provide consultation based on client travel policies
Handle regulatory requirements including passports and visas
Deliver information regarding fares, exchange costs, and penalties

Requirements

Proven airline ticketing and reservation experience
Proficiency in GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo)
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Offshore customer base experience (advantageous)
