About the Role
Manage day-to-day operations of a Barista Coffee cafe at one of multiple locations including Colombo, Ja-Ela, Homagama, and Meerigama.
Responsibilities
- Manage cafe outlet day-to-day operations
- Lead and develop outlet team
- Maintain service and quality standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Passed G.C.E. O/L Examination
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B industry or cafe operations
- International cafe chain experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent English communication skills
