About the Role

Oversee day-to-day operations of Kumu Beach in Balapitiya, managing staff, guest relationships, service delivery, and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities and operations of the property
• Run hotel operations efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Manage and develop the property team
• Take initiative in service delivery and operational procedures
• Foster guest relationships and use feedback to enhance service standards
• Direct the team in budget control and expense management

Requirements

• 2-3 years of related hospitality management experience
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively and independently
• Proficiency in hotel operations computer systems
