About the Role

Supervise daily housekeeping operations, maintain cleanliness and quality standards, and manage housekeeping staff and inventory. Salary LKR 80,000-100,000/month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations on a daily basis
• Maintain cleanliness and quality standards across the property
• Perform routine inspections of rooms and common areas
• Direct and schedule housekeeping staff
• Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies
• Document records and prepare housekeeping reports

Requirements

• Certificate-level qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Flexible scheduling availability
• Colombo area residency preferred
