About the Role
Lead civil engineering project execution for road and infrastructure construction projects at one of Sri Lanka's top construction firms.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end civil/road construction project execution
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality standards
- Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance on site
- Lead and motivate project teams
Requirements
- BSc Engineering degree or equivalent from a recognized university
- Minimum 6 years overall work experience
- Minimum 3 years in a similar project management capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours and relocate when required
