About the Role

Operate and supervise beam launching gantry systems for precast bridge beam installation on major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise beam launching gantry for precast beam placement on bridge projects
• Oversee foreman and equipment operator teams
• Ensure safe and efficient beam installation procedures
• Monitor structural integrity during launching operations
• Maintain equipment to operational standards
• Coordinate with project managers on construction progress

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Experience in bridge construction or heavy civil engineering
• Knowledge of gantry, crane, or heavy lifting operations
• Strong site safety awareness
• Ability to work on large construction sites
