Production Supervisor

About the Role

Supervise day-to-day PP weaving, extrusion, and packaging production operations at FIBC Lanka's Polonnaruwa manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and shift operations
• Manage production teams including machine operators and helpers
• Monitor quality standards and ensure production targets are met
• Enforce occupational health and safety regulations on the floor
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and logs
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in PP woven sack, FIBC, or polymer manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of weaving and extrusion operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
