About the Role

Lead daily showroom operations for a tile and bathware retail chain with locations across Sri Lanka. Drive sales targets, manage teams, and ensure premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily showroom operations and ensure premium customer experience
• Manage and motivate sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Handle inventory, stock displays, and product merchandising
• Maintain relationships with walk-in clients, contractors, and architects
• Process transactions via ERP system and generate sales reports
• Address customer complaints and uphold showroom standards

Requirements

• GCE A/L passed in all three subjects
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management, or SLIM/CIM professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years in Sales and Marketing
• Below 45 years of age
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
