About the Role

Eco Extracts (Pvt) Ltd is hiring a highly experienced Refrigeration Foreman to manage industrial cold storage operations at their Negombo facilities, requiring 8 years of hands-on refrigeration experience.

Responsibilities

Take charge of operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial refrigeration plant
Restore idle cold rooms to certified operating status
Direct one Electrical Technician and coordinate external contractors
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, logs, and spare parts inventory
Oversee electrical and mechanical systems across two facilities

Requirements

NVQ Level 4/5 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification
Minimum 8 years of hands-on industrial refrigeration experience
Background in cold storage, food processing, or ice plant operations preferred

What we offer

Rs 100,000-140,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
