About the Role

Results-oriented showroom manager to lead sales teams, oversee daily tile and bathware showroom operations, manage inventory, and build relationships with contractors, architects, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a premium customer experience
Lead, motivate, and guide the showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets
Manage inventory and product merchandising
Build relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and corporate clients
Handle billing and maintain sales reports via ERP system

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Management or professional qualifications from SLIM / CIM
Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing
Age below 45 years
