About the Role

Experienced store manager to control food retail outlet operations, maintain inventory accuracy, manage cashiers, and submit daily P&L reports across multiple SRI VIHAR locations.

Responsibilities

• Control store operations and maintain accurate records
• Submit daily P&L reports accurately to management
• Manage and control stock levels
• Oversee cashiers and POS system operations
• Send daily operational reports to senior management

Requirements

• Diploma qualification
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the same or related field
• Food ingredient knowledge and quality control expertise
• Computer proficiency (essential)
• POS system knowledge
