Entry-level warehouse supervisor to oversee loading/unloading, shipment preparation, inventory management, and staff coordination at EFL's 3PL Global Warehouse in Nawala, Colombo.

Responsibilities

Efficiently loading and unloading shipments
Preparing shipments for delivery
Overseeing warehouse workflow and daily operations
Maintaining inventory accuracy and records
Supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily tasks

Requirements

GCE A/L with 3 passes
Detail-oriented approach
Proactive and adaptable mindset
WMS experience preferred
