About the Role

Lead and supervise the Galle showroom sales team, develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
• Identify business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships
• Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts for customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years in sales with supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports
