About the Role

Lead MEP quantity surveying on local and international construction projects, requiring 8+ years comprehensive experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs for MEP works
• Lead pre-contract and post-contract duties
• Manage cost control on multi-disciplinary projects

Requirements

• BSc or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years comprehensive MEP Quantity Surveying experience
• Knowledge of MEP systems and measurement principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX, and Microsoft Excel
