About the Role

Entry-level cost management role at an international construction consultancy in Colombo, supporting Middle East projects with BOQ preparation and cost planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost plans, BOQs, and estimates
• Handle pricing documents, valuations, and variation assessments
• Read construction drawings for measurement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience in cost management
• Understanding of BOQ preparation and measurement principles
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD
