About the Role

Lead group-wide learning ecosystem including training programs, L&D analytics, digital platform administration, and culture initiatives at a major Sri Lankan conglomerate.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of technical and soft-skill programs
• Track budgets and deliver data-backed impact reports
• Administer internal LMS platforms and microlearning assets
• Partner on company culture and employee engagement

Requirements

• 2+ years in Corporate Learning & Development
• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or Psychology
• LMS administration experience
• Financial and budgetary literacy
