About the Role

Hemas Laboratories is hiring Senior Medical Laboratory Technologists and MLTs for its Wattala facility, requiring a B.Sc. in Biological Sciences or a relevant diploma with at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately
• Process and analyze patient samples following standard procedures
• Maintain quality control, documentation, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree in Biological Science with Biochemistry, or completed certificate/diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant laboratory experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
