About the Role
Process inward and outward remittance transactions, manage LMT operations, and ensure accurate daily reconciliation within DFCC Bank's Remittances department in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Process exchange company deals within established SLAs
- Ensure LMT transactions are promptly cancelled and transferred to respective exchange company accounts
- Take timely corrective action in case of operational disruptions
- Raise chargeback requests with due diligence
- Reconcile the LMT suspense account on a daily basis
- Monitor LMT transactions to ensure smooth and accurate operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in remittances or a relevant banking field
- Partial qualification in Banking considered an advantage
- Exposure in LMT processing, exchange company operations, or card operations preferred
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Leadership capability and adequate communication skills
