About the Role
Three MEP QS positions at an international consultancy in Colombo 08, ranging from Assistant (1-4 yrs) to Senior (8+ yrs); BOQ preparation, AutoCAD/CostX, local and international projects. Deadline July 28, 2026.
Responsibilities
Preparation of Bills of Quantities and quantity take-offs
Pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties
Contributing to local and international construction projects
Requirements
BSc or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Senior MEP QS: minimum 8 years experience, preferably with Middle Eastern projects
MEP QS: 4-8 years experience in pre/post-contract duties
Assistant MEP QS: 1-4 years experience; fresh graduates encouraged
Knowledge of MEP systems and measurement principles
Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX, and Microsoft Excel
