About the Role

QS and AQS roles at Micro Constructions; responsibilities include BOQ preparation, subcontractor billing, monthly valuations, and Standard Method of Measurement work.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveying work independently
• Prepare estimates of structural requirements
• Process subcontractor bills
• Conduct monthly valuations
• Work with Standard Method of Measurement (SMM)

Requirements

• Quantity Surveyors: BTEC/HNDE (Q.S.) or equivalent with 2-3 years experience OR NCT (Q.S.) with 3-5 years experience
• Assistant Quantity Surveyors: NCT (QS) or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience
• Technical Officers: NDT/XDES/HNDE/BTEC with 2 years experience or NCT with 5 years experience
