Lead technical projects and mentor junior team members
Improve organizational engineering standards and culture

Requirements

4+ years of professional software development experience
1+ years in a leadership or mentoring role
Expert knowledge of design patterns and algorithms
2+ years with React and Node.js
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
Customer-oriented mindset
