Know Your Client (KYC) Analyst - NCT

About the Role

Deutsche Bank is seeking a KYC Analyst in Colombo to handle client account management documentation, regulatory inquiry screening, new client adoption reviews, and quality assurance across the NCT division. Responsibilities

• Document review and database updates in IDMS and Signet systems
• Handle regulatory inquiries and screening processes
• Conduct account reviews and weekly quality assurance reporting
• Coordinate client outreach and follow-up for new client adoption
• Complete new client adoption reviews adhering to timelines
• Achieve quality assurance scores of 90% or above

Requirements

• Knowledge of KYC policies and regulatory guidelines
• Proficiency in IDMS, Signet, and dbCAR systems
• MS Office competency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset with team collaboration abilities
• Higher Diploma in Multimedia and Computer Studies preferred
