Associate / Executive - Islamic Banking

About the Role

Hatton National Bank PLC is recruiting across multiple levels for its Islamic Banking division, responsible for promoting Shariah-compliant products, building customer relationships, and achieving business targets. Candidates with 6+ years in banking and knowledge of Islamic Banking principles are preferred, with willingness to serve at units nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Promote Islamic Banking products and services to customers
• Build and maintain customer relationships with excellent service delivery
• Identify growth opportunities and achieve assigned business targets
• Ensure compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on operational objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably in Banking, Finance, or Accounting
• Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum 6 years in banking, customer service, sales, relationship management, or business development
• Knowledge of Islamic Banking principles and products is advantageous
• Islamic Banking certification is advantageous
• Willingness to serve at Islamic Banking units nationwide
