About the Role

Unity Capital Investments Limited is seeking a Wealth Management Manager in Colombo to secure investments from high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, promote approved products, and meet annual mobilization targets. The annual salary range is LKR 3-6 million with additional vehicle allowance, fuel allowance, and performance commissions.

Responsibilities

• Secure investments and borrowings from individual, corporate, and institutional clients
• Identify and negotiate funding opportunities aligned with targets
• Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth investors
• Promote approved investment products and meet monthly and annual mobilization targets
• Maintain investor pipeline and follow-up processes
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation
• Generate periodic reports on fund performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in investment mobilization, borrowings, or wealth management
• Proven track record of successfully securing investments
• Strong high-net-worth individual network preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
