About the Role

People's Micro-commerce Ltd is hiring a Compliance Officer in Nugegoda, Colombo to monitor regulatory adherence and ensure operational alignment with legal and ethical standards across the microfinance business. The role requires 2+ years of compliance experience within the financial sector and strong analytical capabilities.

• Maintain compliance documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of compliance officer experience
• Proficiency in compliance and regulatory practices
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience of compliance procedures in Financial Services
• Prior financial sector experience is essential
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities
• Immediate availability required
