Responsibilities

Oversee daily construction site operations
Coordinate labour teams and subcontractors
Monitor project progress against drawings and plans
Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control
Maintain detailed site records
Ensure safety standards and local regulatory compliance

Requirements

Proven experience in residential or commercial construction site supervision
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Technical/vocational qualification in construction or civil engineering advantageous
Light vehicle driving licence required
