Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities and quantity take-offs from drawings
• Cost estimation and project budgeting
• Tender document preparation
• Material scheduling and procurement support
• Work valuation and progress monitoring

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience
• Experience with structural steel and steel building systems
• AutoCAD and estimating software proficiency
