About the Role

Lead technical direction on AI-augmented software projects, validate AI-generated code, and mentor engineers on effective AI tool usage at a global SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction on AI-augmented projects and own architecture decisions
• Validate and review AI-generated code for quality and security
• Mentor engineers on effective AI tool usage
• Assess and benchmark AI tooling for the team
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks including prompt injection and licensing concerns

Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• 2+ years leading teams of 4-8 engineers
• Master's degree preferred in CS, Engineering, AI, or Data Science
• Agile methodology experience
