About the Role

Oversee day-to-day construction site work, perform quality assurance, and coordinate labour teams for residential and commercial building projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction work execution on site
• Perform quality assurance and quality control of construction activities
• Coordinate and organise site operations
• Supervise labour teams and site personnel
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and project timelines

Requirements

• NVQ Level 4 with minimum 3 years experience, OR NVQ Level 5 with minimum 2 years experience
• Minimum 1 year experience in building construction; high-rise project experience preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
