About the Role

Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities for MEP works, monitor budgets, handle variations, and coordinate with MEP engineers on high-profile international and local projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities for MEP works
• Monitor project budgets and cost reports
• Handle variations and claims
• Coordinate with MEP engineers and project stakeholders
• Certify completed MEP work and process progress claims
• Maintain detailed cost records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 2-5 years of MEP quantity surveying experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and cost structures
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
