Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity calculations and cost estimations for aluminium/steel fabrication and interior works
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Manage multiple projects concurrently under time constraints
• Liaise with clients and project teams
• Maintain accurate cost records

Requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying, HND, or equivalent credentials
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in aluminium/steel fabrication or interior design
• Expertise in ceiling, cladding, and partition work calculations
• Fluent English with strong negotiation and communication skills
