About the Role

Entry-level banking role at Sri Lanka's leading Islamic bank, assisting customers with day-to-day transactions and supporting branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions
• Support branch banking operations
• Maintain positive customer relationships in line with Islamic banking principles

Requirements

• Age between 18-22 years
• GCE O/L: Pass in 6 subjects including English and Mathematics
• GCE A/L: Pass in minimum 3 subjects
• Diploma/HND or banking-related studies is an advantage
• Basic computer proficiency in MS Office
• Trilingual communication skills in Tamil, Sinhala, and English
