About the Role

Promote and sell credit and debit card products, acquire new cardholders through field visits and direct marketing, and meet individual card sales targets at Sri Lanka's largest private bank.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the bank's credit and debit card products to prospective customers
• Acquire new cardholders through field visits and direct marketing campaigns
• Meet individual card sales targets and contribute to team business objectives
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing cardholders
• Provide accurate information on card features, benefits, and promotional offers

Requirements

• G.C.E. A/L passes required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven personality with ability to meet targets
• Willingness to work in a field-based sales role
