About the Role

Oversee and maintain industrial cold storage systems (cold rooms and blast freezers at -30°C to -50°C), restore idle units to certified condition, and supervise one electrical technician at a Negombo manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

Oversee industrial refrigeration operations including cold rooms and blast freezers (-30°C to -50°C)
Restore idle cold storage units to certified operational condition
Supervise one Electrical Technician
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and spare-parts inventory
Report directly to Director

Requirements

NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
Minimum 8 years of hands-on industrial or commercial refrigeration experience
Fault-finding capability on refrigeration and electrical systems
Independent work ethic
Preferably located near Negombo
