About the Role

Resident agricultural officer needed for crop cultivation, irrigation, and farm maintenance; on-site accommodation provided; closing July 28, 2026.

Responsibilities

Perform daily farming tasks related to cultivation
Ensure successful crop production and proper land utilisation
Maintain efficient agricultural operations
Handle farm materials and basic tools

Requirements

Minimum diploma level education
Tea and rubber production knowledge preferred
Candidates from Ratnapura, Kalawana, or Palmagoda preferred
Physical fitness for outdoor work
Willingness to reside on-site
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
