About the Role

HR Business Partner role supporting business leaders in Sri Lanka with focus on compliance, statutory adherence, and policy governance while acting as a trusted advisor across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on people strategies
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lanka labour laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations and policy interpretation
• Support performance management cycles
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Provide HR analytics and reporting
• Support process excellence and change management

Requirements

• 7-9 years progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience
• Mandatory Sri Lankan compliance and statutory experience
• Degree or Master's in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in matrixed, fast-paced organizations preferred
