Head of Compliance

About the Role

Leadership compliance role overseeing regulatory adherence, organizational risk management, audit certification programmes, and multi-site compliance across printing and packaging manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliance strategies and internal controls
• Conduct enterprise-level risk assessments
• Lead internal and external audits with CAPA management
• Oversee compliance across multiple manufacturing locations
• Manage documentation, licenses, and supplier compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Quality Management (Master's preferred)
• 5-10 years compliance experience in manufacturing, printing, or packaging
• Proven audit and certification expertise
