About the Role

Manage daily HR operations at an apparel manufacturing plant in Narammala, leading the HR team to achieve talent availability, workforce planning, social compliance, and employee relations KPIs.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely talent availability across the plant
Meet workforce HR KPIs
Facilitate headcount planning and budgeting
Ensure social compliance across operations
Conduct disciplinary inquiries
Implement workforce development programs
Manage employee relations and engagement
Provide HR analytics for management decision-making
Oversee daily HR operations and budget management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HRM, Management, or related field
CIPM or equivalent professional qualification preferred
Minimum 5 years HR management experience
Strong labour law knowledge
HRM software proficiency
Analytical skills and leadership capability
