Senior Executive / Executive - Collections & Recoveries

About the Role

Drive recovery performance on delinquent accounts island-wide, manage escalated cases, and develop data-driven collections strategies for Dialog Finance. Closing 05 August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquent accounts and drive recovery performance through data-driven strategies
• Handle escalated calls and complex recovery cases
• Monitor collections daily and maintain dashboards with management reports
• Evaluate customer settlement requests and coordinate with stakeholders
• Develop strategies to meet monthly recovery targets

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in collections & recoveries, preferably in banking or financial services
• Experience with Finacle Core Banking System
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
