About the Role

Manage kitchen and front-of-house staff across multiple SRI VIHAR outlets, maintaining food quality and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage both kitchen and front-of-house staff across outlets
• Maintain food quality and taste standards
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Report operational performance to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years restaurant or kitchen management experience
• Diploma-level qualification
• Fluency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil
• Computer literacy and POS system knowledge
