Ensure exceptional product freshness and presentation standards across physical boutiques and e-commerce fulfilment for Sri Lanka's premier florist brand.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce quality standards for flowers and arrangements
• Inspect incoming stock for freshness and condition
• Monitor e-commerce order quality from picking through delivery
• Create SOPs and train staff on quality protocols

Requirements

• Prior flower retail or floristry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
• Understanding of e-commerce fulfilment logistics
