About the Role

Senior project manager to lead building construction projects from planning through delivery, managing site teams, budgets, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress, budgets, quality, and schedules
• Ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years managing building construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
