About the Role

QS professional with aluminum, steel fabrication, or interior design background to handle quantity calculations and cost estimation in Biyagama.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs for ceiling, cladding, and partition work
• Conduct cost estimations and budget analysis
• Interpret detailed and analytical construction drawings

Requirements

• BSc in Quantity Surveying, HND, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Aluminum, Steel Fabrication, or Interior Designing
• Fluent in English with strong negotiation and communication skills
