Software Engineer (AI/LLM)

About the Role

Designs and deploys AI-powered applications leveraging LLMs and modern orchestration frameworks for an international company with a Colombo team.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI applications using LLMs and orchestration frameworks
• Build and optimize prompt strategies across LLM providers
• Architect agent-based workflows and multi-step reasoning systems
• Integrate LLM solutions into scalable backend systems
• Evaluate and monitor AI models for performance and reliability
• Ensure security and responsible AI practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 4–7+ years software engineering experience
• Hands-on AI/ML or LLM-based systems experience
• Strong prompt engineering knowledge
• Cloud environment experience (preferably AWS)
