About the Role
Manage kitchen station at Lyfe Kitchen in Wattala, Gampaha. Salary LKR 80,000-100,000/month. Minimum 2-3 years as Commis II and a Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals according to Executive Chef instructions
- Manage assigned kitchen station
- Guide junior chefs and maintain teamwork
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and assist with food cost control
- Perform daily kitchen operations including cleaning and equipment maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Commis II
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and flexibility for shift work
