About the Role
Drive new business and manage client relationships for TK Shans in Nugegoda. Salary LKR 60,000-65,000/month plus uncapped commission. Valid motorbike license required. Min 1 year sales/marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for national expansion
- Develop and nurture relationships with corporate and retail clients
- Execute marketing campaigns and support digital initiatives
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or marketing
- GCE A/L qualification
- Valid motorbike riding license; own motorbike preferred
- Age 21-45 years
- Strong negotiation skills and proactive attitude
